More Than 50% of UK Console Players Interested in Google Stadia

Google Stadia was announced last week. Leaving the Internet and the gaming community in turmoil: there are still a lot of details to be learned about the project. But according to one study, users already seem to be interested in it.

Harris Interactive, a UK company specializing in technology and market research. Conducted a study that reveals that over 50% of UK console players are interested in subscribing to the service. That said, several PS4, Xbox One, and Switch players may interested in subscribing to Google’s cloud-based service.

Of the 2000 participants in the study, 34% of respondents expressed an interest in the subscription of the Stadia. Which rose to 58% in players holding consoles.

Also, the study indicates that 4 out of 10 people in the UK got to know Google Stadia within a week of its disclosure. With one-third of those who play console to admit they are “very familiar” with future streaming service.

If you want to know more specific data. We advise you to take a look at the study. In any case, the fact that the service is already causing some support from the gaming community is a good sign for Google and Stadia.

It is also good to point out that there is a forecast for a cost of 15 euros for the service – of course. None of this has yet confirmed – and that Google Stadia will still have exclusive games.
