Watch Dogs 3 has not yet been officially confirmed by Ubisoft, but rumors have been circulating about this for quite some time now. Last February, the French company registered the brand, and shortly afterward, rumors emerged about the possible setting: London.
Clues to the British capital, among other things, can also be found in Watch Dogs 2 (they were introduced after the launch with a patch). Well, the topic on the location is back in the limelight following a statement by Jason Schreier of Kotaku. As part of a recent article focusing on the alleged Assassin’s Creed: Kingdom, which seems to be set in the Viking era, the famous journalist said with some confidence that the events of Watch Dogs 3 will take place in London. Schreier has not added any other information, merely throwing a pebble and leaving the fans in the grip of curiosity.
The time seems to be ripe for the announcement of Watch Dogs 3, an event that would undoubtedly have all the credentials to represent one of the flagships of Ubisoft’s E3 2019 conference. The first chapter of the series was set in Chicago, while his sequel brought all the budding hackers to that of San Francisco. The London setting, therefore, would mark the debut of the franchise in the Old Continent. What do you think? Would you consider yourself satisfied in this case?
