Cory Barlog Confirms: God Of War Will Have No Dlc

God Of War

There is no doubt that God of War was one of the most successful titles of 2018 and perhaps generally of the PlayStation 4 era. It was not easy for the Sony Santa Monica team to restart the franchise by revolutionizing it and still get a great result.

The adventure of Kratos and Atreus has also won the prize for the best game of the year at The Game Awards 2018, and it is therefore not surprising that fans are clamoring for new content related to the game.

The same Cory Barlog had talked about it in the past, not excluding the possibility of creating a DLC even if rather full-bodied, which had kindled the hopes of everyone. However, this DLC has never arrived until today, and it was hoped that the upcoming celebrations for the God of War anniversary (20 April will have passed one year after the release of the game) could be a good opportunity for an announcement in this meaning, which instead seems to come.

To quench the enthusiasm was the same Barlog on Twitter: “Just because nobody gets the wrong idea: there are no DLCs coming for the game. I’m sorry”. The team, therefore, seems to have finished its journey with God of War, now it only remains to see what is cooking for the future of the franchise.

What do you think? What would you like to see in Kratos’ next adventure?
