Yesterday we learned that some key figures of Anthem’s development team (including Mark Darrah and Mike Gambe) have moved on to direct the work on Dragon Age 4, but this does not mean that the company will stop supporting the game, as clarified by BioWare on Twitter.
In particular, Chad Robertson, director of the LIVE component of Mass Effect, stated that ” BioWare remains 100% focused on Anthem, we look forward to showing you the new content we are working on. We do not want to make too many promises, so we will reveal more details only when we are close to publication. “Lead Producer Mike Gambe took the opportunity to share his colleague’s message, once again clarifying how” BioWare’s plans for Anthem have not changed at all “.
In recent times Anthem is grappling with a drop in players that make it difficult to find opponents and companions for some modes, a situation that BioWare will necessarily have to remedy, the goal now is to publish new content and solve major bugs and problems technicians.
There's been a lot of (incorrect) speculation on this. The studio's support and commitment to anthem HAS. NOT. CHANGED. https://t.co/uxwY3ADPRO
