Is Cadence of Hyrule out This Month a Nintendo Newsletter Suggests It

Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the Necrodancer feat. The Legend of Zelda, title announced during the Nindies Showcase Spring 2019, is an exclusive game for Nintendo Switch developed by Brace Yourself Games that will offer the typical mechanics of Crypt of the Necrodancer, previous work of the studio, set in the world of The Legend of Zelda.

The project immediately attracted the interest of the community, but it is still lacking a definitive release date. Officially, it is expected at a less specified time than spring 2019. A recent Nintendo Europe newsletter, in any case, may have provided a valuable clue to the launch window.

In essence, Cadence of Hyrule was included in the May releases, along with titles such as Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil 4 and Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered (all scheduled for day 21). Even in this case, no precise information was disclosed on the exact day, but at least we now know that we can get our hands on the game by the end of this month.

In a recent interview, the Brace Yourself Games guys confessed that they initially intended to develop a The Legend of Zelda themed DLC for Crypt of the Necrodancer. However, Nintendo has appreciated the idea so much to ask the team to create an entire game! The cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the Necrodancer feat. The Legend of Zelda will allow you to fight to the rhythm of music and explore procedurally generated dungeons as Link and Zelda, once again committed to saving the world of Hyrule. Everything will be enriched by 25 classic melodies from the series remixed for the occasion.
