The PlayStation State of Play opened with the Iceborne trailer, the highly anticipated expansion of Monster Hunter World that finally has an official release date.
In the new adventure, the hunters will move to a completely snowy area, where they will face new threats. By purchasing the expansion you will then have access to a new map and the chance to defeat dangerous creatures from which to derive new weapons and armor. From the short film, it seems to be clear that this is not a simple DLC and, to emphasize it, it is the term “massive expansion DLC” that can be read at the end of the trailer together with the release date, scheduled for next September 6, 2019. At the moment it is not clear if the release date is only for the PlayStation 4 version, but it is very likely that Iceborne will go out first on the console and only later on the PC.
Waiting to find out more details about the DLC in question, we remind you that the event dedicated to The Witcher 3 has just arrived on the PC version of the game and will allow you to hunt alongside the legendary Geralt of Rivia.
