Less than 24 hours have passed since the official presentation of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint and it seems that the players have welcomed the announcement of a new chapter of the series rather well, to the point of asking questions of the official Twitter account of the game.
Among the various curiosities asked of the developers, there was also one concerning the need to be connected or not when playing. Apparently, the game cannot be started without an internet connection just as seen in the most recent Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. It is a very particular choice since the same developers have declared that the game can be played entirely solo or in the company of 3 other players. At this point, it is very likely that Ubisoft intends to publish not only an expansion of Breakpoint every 4 months but also numerous timed events and other types of activities that necessarily require to be connected to the network.
We remind you that the various editions of Breakpoint will arrive on the shelves of all stores starting October 4 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC ( exclusively on the Epic Games Store ).
#Breakpoint will require an active internet connection like The Division and Rainbow Six Siege.
