Fortnite Season 9: Epic Intervenes on the Problems of the Shock Waves Tunnels

In great demand from the Fortnite Battaglia Reale community, the authors of Epic Games decided to make changes to the Slipstreams, the Onde d’Urto wind tunnels that appeared on the island of the free to play shooter with the opening of Season 9.

Yesterday, May 11th, the developers of the stars and stripes videogame giant informed their fans of the intention to modify one of the most criticized parameters by the explorers of the island of Fortnite, namely the speed with which Slipstreams “launch “users who decide to use these futuristic wind tunnels.

The tests conducted by Epic lasted approximately an hour and, curiously, ended with the restoration of the previous values of the speed of shock waves scattered on the map of the battle royale, a fact that has contributed to fueling the criticisms of who, rightly or not, considers this attitude unjustifiable. Many, on Twitter, have then decided to express their disappointment by asking Epic why the scant information provided in this regard.

Slipstream problems thus add to the complaints of Fortnite players about the removal of the Shotgun in coincidence with the opening of Season 9. And this, without considering the enormous media echo of the criticisms made by Ninja against Fortnite because of a bug in which he recently stumbled and which, according to him, caused the disappearance of the hang glider used to deploy the island.
