In the last few hours, something very unusual happened on the much talked about Epic Games Store, since all the Ubisoft titles mysteriously disappeared from the catalog.
Among the pages of the digital store, in fact, it is no longer possible to buy or book exclusive titles like Ghost Recon Breakpoint, The Division 2 and Anno 1800. The cause of the disappearance of these games from the store seems to be due precisely to the last two titles mentioned, which would have created some technical problems due to the integration with Uplay. Fortunately, the team that is in charge of managing the Epic Games Store is fully aware of the problem and, as announced on the official Twitter account, is working to resolve them as soon as possible. Obviously, anyone who has already purchased these products on the Epic Games shop will be able to continue playing without any problem and the pre-orders of the new Ghost Recon Breakpoint will not be canceled.
At this point there is nothing left for us to do but wait for further updates on the situation by those directly involved, hoping that everything will be resolved as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we remind you that Outer Wilds will be an EGS exclusive, just like Borderlands 3 and GR Breakpoint. All the new exclusive Epic Games Store have also arrived on the Humble Bundle Store thanks to an agreement between the two companies.
We are still working through our UPlay integration issue and will be temporarily disabling new purchases for all Ubisoft titles.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as we have more information.
