In the wake of the requests put forward these days by the community of Mortal Kombat 11 through the main sites, social networks and gaming forums, the leaders of the NetherRealm studios decide to retrace their steps and unlock the framerate of the PC version to reach the fateful threshold of the 60fps.
Taking advantage of the release of the notes of the last patch, the guys from the US development company led by Ed Boon report that they have already activated themselves to unlock those parts of the game that presented a 30fps framerate block. In recent weeks, game users have tried to solve this problem through a mod to bring ingame portions to 30fps with a cap of 30 frames per second, namely Fatal Blows, Fatalities, and cutscenes.
Based on the (albeit very few) information pinned in this regard by the Chicago authors, the option to enjoy all the content offered by Mortal Kombat 11 with an image refresh rate of 60 frames per second will be introduced through one of the upcoming patches. Furthermore, we do not know if this function will only affect the PC version or if, on the contrary, it will also affect the fighting players who own the title on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.
We, therefore, hope to know the date of arrival of this update as soon as possible:
