The Division 2: The Eight-Player Raid Was Also Completed on the Console

The new division of The Division 2 for eight players, Dark Hours, had been completed on PC a few hours after the launch, while the console players took much longer. The PS4 and Xbox One rankings were still completely empty, rather unusual for this genre of games.

Some had blamed the 30fps on consoles, along with the limitations of the controllers. The raid also does not allow to use equipment of a higher level than the requirements of the raid itself, so the difficulties were understandable.

Finally, however, satisfaction came also for the representatives of the console world: the company succeeded, both on PS4 and on Xbox One . The authors of the first success talked about it to Kotaku , revealing that the main difficulty of the raid was not the level too difficult, but the need to coordinate as a perfect mechanism:

“I think that especially on the first boss and on the final boss, a lot of coordination is needed. The frame rate can be a problem, but the main part is finding the right 8 people and continuing. Don’t argue or argue, because it would cause frustration when the players have more need to be focused.”

Mission accomplished, therefore, no dishonor for players on consoles.
