Total War: Three Kingdoms was released only on Thursday, but has already achieved excellent results, especially considering the numbers of Steam, where it has already established itself as one of the best sellers of the month and is rapidly climbing the rankings of the most played titles.
The game has in fact already reached a peak of over 162,000 users connected at the same time, and this is a number that continues to grow. The results are even more impressive when compared to other titles in the saga like Rome 2, with 118,000 users and Warhammer, 112,000.
Being a historically fairly accurate representation of China, it is likely that a decent boost came from the Chinese market, on which Steam is constantly expanding thanks to the popularity gained on some days distributed on the platform, not least PUBG.
As it is, this is certainly an excellent result for the software house, and for the Total War series, which is confirmed in excellent shape despite the now consolidated formula.
What do you think? Have you already given the game a chance?
