Goichi “Suda51” Suda had promised an important announcement during the MomoCon, and so it was. During the convention being held in Atlanta, Georgia (USA), GrassHopper Manufacture announced that Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, until now an exclusive title for Nintendo Switch, will also arrive on PlayStation 4 and PC Steam.
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, for the uninitiated, is a No More Heroes spin-offset several years after the end of the second chapter. It all starts when Bad Man, father of Bad Girl, shows up at Travis Touchdown’s door with the intention of avenging his daughter. In the middle of the battle the two are sucked into a legendary console, the Death Drive Mk II, powered by six objects called Death Ball. It is said that by getting all six Death Balls, and by completing the games that contain them, it is possible to make a wish …
It is an interesting pretext that pushes players to explore six different virtual worlds that are profoundly different from each other, ranging from pure action to puzzles, each of them with a unique end-level boss. Players can also choose to impersonate Travis (who fights with the Beam Katana) or Bad Man (with a bat), and there is also a cooperative mode for two participants.
Grasshopper Manufacture, unfortunately, does not provide a launch window. While waiting to discover the day when the title will also arrive on PC and PlayStation 4.
