Pokémon coaches are about to receive an important new tool: The Pokémon Company has announced Pokémon Home, a new cloud service that will work with Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android, and will be a sort of evolution of the Pokémon Bank that appeared on 3DS.
Thanks to Pokémon Home, it will be possible to collect online through the cloud, the various Pokémon captured in the different video games released on 3DS, Switch, and mobile devices, for a real cross-platform collection, then. Thanks to the new service you can gather all your Pokémon in one place, for a list that can be consulted in a much simpler way, and the possibility of exchanging them with other users.
The official announcement reads: “Now the coaches will be able to bring all their Pokémon with them with Pokémon Home, a new cloud service that allows them to continue their adventure by bringing it in addition to a single game system, and will be able to manage their collection through all their games. Smartphone users will also be able to exchange their Pokémon with friends or users from all over the world, directly from the Pokémon Home App connects with Pokémon Bank and Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu! and Eeve, to even with the upcoming Sword and Shield and Pokémon Go.”
