After the excellent reception received from the first chapter of the Zombies themed open world series, Techland is currently working on the second chapter of Dying Light, expected to be released by the end of 2019.
While they had relied on the hands of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the release of the first episode, Techland’s Polish developers instead decided to forge a partnership with Square-Enix ahead of the launch of Dying Light 2. At the moment, however, we know that the Japanese publisher will take care of the copies destined for the American market, and we are not sure that the same applies to the European territory as well.
What is certain is that on the occasion of the E3 2019 Square-Enix will announce some juicy news on the title, which will then make its appearance during the personal show of the company, in anticipation Tuesday 11 June.
Dying Light 2, which we remember enjoys the collaboration of a sacred monster of the videogame industry such as Chris Avellone, is expected to launch on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One by 2019. During a recent interview, the development team left meaning that his action-horror could make his debut also during the next generation of consoles, then on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett.
