Today, May 31st, 2019, the first Dauntless update will be published which, fortunately, will not require a server maintenance period.
The patch will bring the game to version 0.8.1 and will only fix some problems encountered by hunters in the week before the game was released. Among the problems solved we find for example the preview of the contents of the Season Pass, the bug related to the change of weapons in the pre-game lobby and the one that prevented the completion of a specific quest. However, it seems that Phoenix Lab is already working on the next update, which should arrive in the coming weeks and will put a fix on the problems reported in the last few days.
In addition to inviting you to read the entire update changelog, we remind you that Dauntless can be downloaded for free on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (exclusively on the Epic Games Store) and thanks to cross-platform it is possible to both play and keep progress between the various platforms. Did you know that Dauntless has exceeded 6 million players in just over a week? PlayStation Plus users can also download an exclusive Dauntless package containing skins for various types of weapons.
