Apparently at the launch of the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare there will be no possibility to access the microtransactions or to spend the Call of Duty Points, included as always in the special editions of the game.
In fact, analyzing the information on the official website, there are several references to microtransactions and to the fact that their debut is not planned for the launch of the first person shooter, just as seen in Black Ops 4.
Here is one of the messages that accompany the booking page:
“Call of Duty points will be accessible in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare as soon as they become available in the game. Availability may vary by platform and region.”
It will, therefore, be necessary to wait a while before the skins and camouflage for the personalization of the operators come into play and, according to the first details provided on the DLC, it is very likely that their debut will take place a few days beforehand on the PlayStation 4.
We remind you that the game will arrive in all stores starting October 25, 2019, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Battle.net). It also seems that Modern Warfare cross-play takes into account the active control system during matchmaking.
