The New Torchlight 2 Video Reveals the Release on ps4, Xbox One and Switch

After a wait of almost seven years, the console version of Torchlight 2 is now ready to make its debut or at least this is what we were promised by the developers of Runic Games with the video of E3 that sets the launch date for the next 3 September on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

In its triple console version, the runic action of Runic and Perfect World will boast all the contents of the original version on PC and the numerous updates that have enriched the recreational offer from 2012 to today.

Just like on PC, therefore, even on Torchlight 2 consoles it will have more vast and varied environments than the first chapter, a combat system typically hack ‘n’ slash supported by a more refined looting, a revised interface according to the use of the controllers, a greater number of random events to deal with and procedural generation dungeons with dozens of “tiles” characterized by cleaner and more colorful graphics, even if all the PC functions connected to the support of mods will be missing.

On the other hand, it will be possible to draw on the wide range of skills, attacks, and moves with each of the four character classes to unleash their own fatal wrath on the ranks of monsters who will dare to hinder our hero’s path.
