From the pages of his official Twitter profile, CD Projekt Global Community Lead Marcin Momot reiterated that the Cyberpunk 2077 E3 demo was running on PC and revealed when we can see the first gameplay scenes from the PS4 and Xbox One versions of its highly anticipated open world sci-fi adventure.
Responding to questions posed to him by fans of the new blockbuster of the world-famous Polish development company for The Witcher series, Momot explained that the first game video is taken from the console version of Cyberpunk 2077 “will be shown close to the exit”.
As revealed by Keanu Reeves on the stage of Microsoft’s E3 conference, the launch of the title is scheduled for April 16, 2020. We do not know, therefore, whether behind the decision not to show the gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 or Xbox One is due or not to the willingness of CD Projekt to concentrate on the development to respect the launch times or if, on the contrary, is linked to some kind of agreement with Microsoft, Sony or, above all, Nvidia, as suggested by the partnership that will lead Cyberpunk 2077 to support Ray Tracing at launch .
In any case, it won’t take long before you put your V jacket back on (possibly without spending $400 !) To go hunting for adventures (and problems) in the smoky alleys of the slums of Night City : the closed-door demo admired by a small circle of journalists during the E3 Los Angeles, in fact, will be shown in full at the PAX West in Seattle, expected between August 30th and September 2nd.
We will be showing console footage closer to the release.
