Square Enix has released a series of screenshots (unfortunately in low resolution) of Final Fantasy VII Remake, one of the most discussed games of E3 2019. The images focus on the characters, the settings, and the combat system.
Specifically, we can see Cloud Strife, Aerith Gainsborough, Tifa, Barrett, and Sephiroth in action and take a look at the graphical interface and the iconic environments of the game. Find the screenshots at the bottom of the news, we take advantage of the occasion to remember that Final Fantasy VII Remake will be available from March 3, 2020 on PS4 and PS4 PRO, Square Enix has not ruled out that FF7 can come out on PlayStation 5 in the future, but not right now there are official confirmations on the matter.
The publisher also confirmed that the first episode will be set in Midgar and will be hosted on two Blu-Ray discs, but it is unclear what the timing of the publication and the size of subsequent episodes will be. The declared goal is to “bring Final Fantasy 7 into a new era” making the game more appealing to new generations without obviously distorting the original project, undoubtedly one of the most famous and beloved video games of all time.
