Harry Potter Wizards Unite is now available on the App Store and Google Play (At least in North America, Canada and the United Kingdom, soon in other territories), however, some sources report problems with the application launching on smartphones equipped with Android Q Beta 4.
As reported by Android Police, on Google Pixel 3a with Android Q Beta 4 the application starts correctly and even the installation proceeds smoothly, however, the game crashes when logging in via Google or Facebook, crashing on the screen loading. Not even changing the privacy of the GPS permissions or reinstalling the app seems to solve the problem.
The problem that, it is good to specify it, does not seem to depend on Niantic Labs but rather on the unstable nature of Android Q, still in Beta phase. It is not excluded that Google or the developers can still make a fix available to make Harry Potter Wizards Unite available also to owners of a smartphone with Android Q Beta operating system.
