There is a great desire for next-gen, as demonstrated by the myriad of news that comes out every day on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Scarlett, presented by Microsoft on the E3 2019 stage with a short video. Yet new consoles can also mean console war, as has often happened in recent times.
So, both among the simple fans, and among the experts, the first comparisons have already appeared between PS5 and Xbox Scarlett, and many already made their own idea between the two consoles, despite the fact that the known technical data are really very few.
A practice that was criticized by Ed Boon, creative director of NetherRealm Studios and author of titles such as Injustice and Mortal Kombat, and that in a tweet expressed his opinion rather harshly.
“Xbox Scarlett is more powerful than PS5. PS5 is more powerful than Xbox Scarlett. How? How can someone be so sure of one of the two statements without actually working on the final hardware of the two consoles?”.
Boon, therefore, calls for caution, and he is right. The data in our possession are not yet sufficient to express a valid opinion on either of the two consoles. For the moment, therefore, we just have to wait for the two giants to announce further details on the upcoming, highly anticipated new machines.
Xbox Scarlet is more powerful than PS5.
PS5 is more powerful than Xbox Scarlet.
How? HOW can anyone confidently make either statement without having WORKED on the FINAL hardware for each?
