Harry Potter Wizards Unite seems destined to retrace the footsteps of Pokemon GO: at day one, the new game by Niantic Labs has been a great success with 400,000 downloads from the App Store and Google Play and revenues of $300,000.
We are certainly far from the numbers registered by Pokemon GO, capable of collecting two million dollars at launch, however, it is definitely a good result for the mobile game published by Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment.
Sensor Tower speaks specifically of 400,000 downloads and $300,000 of collections only on the day of the launch, that is June 21st, and only for North America and the United Kingdom. At the moment Harry Potter Wizards Unite has not been officially launched in other territories but the publication should not be delayed too much, in all probability the game will be made available also in other countries starting this week.
