GT Sport: The New Update Adds 5 Cars and a Track in Sardinia, No Rain?

GT Sport: The May Update Adds the Historic Goodwood Motor Circuit

The developers of Polyphony Digital are preparing to update GT Sport on PS4 with a new update that will add 5 cars and a track in Sardinia. However, there is no reference to rain in the tab describing the new free patch.

As we can read on the pages of the US PlayStation Blog, in fact, the update that will bring Gran Turismo Sport to the 1.40 version will, in fact, introduce five new cars: the Chevrolet Camaro Z28 ’69, the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro ’19, the Toyota Sports 800’65 , the Renault Sport Clio V6 24V ’00 and, above all, the flaming Gran Turismo Red Bull X2019 Competition , the fastest racing car in the world.

The arrival of the Red Bull X2019 will allow the authors following Kazunori Yamauchi to add 7 new rounds for the various competitions accessible in single-player mode and an endurance race. The other big news of the update at the end of June will be represented by a new city route in Sardinia.

The new Italian circuit is described as highly technical, with long straights and narrow curves drawn inside closed sections of public roads: the ups and downs of the second half of the circuit and the sections with narrowing of the road will make it one of the favorite places for those who they like to give life to very tight races with cars that, to attempt overtaking, must literally touch the guardrails . The demonstration film prepared by Polyphony Digital seems to confirm the absence of weather conditions that predict rain, a feature that, presumably, will arrive in the simulation racing game on PS4 through a subsequent free update.
