Borderlands 2 VR was launched last December on PlayStation VR but it seems that the Gearbox game is in the pipeline also on PC, as evidenced by the appearance of this version in the Entertainment Software Ratings Board.
ESRB (the body that evaluates video games released in the United States) has in fact evaluated the PC version of Borderlands 2 VR, never officially announced by 2K Games and Take-Two. The reveal could be at this point imminent, with a launch planned after the summer, in time for the year-end festivities.
It is not clear which devices will be supported by Borderlands 2 VR and we do not know if the game will be released on Steam or will be published exclusively on Epic Games Store, we are waiting for any official announcements from publishers and developers. The PlayStation VR version was warmly welcomed by critics due to a control system not particularly optimized, who knows that the PC edition cannot improve this aspect of production.
