More than a few weeks after the announcement of the arrival of EA Access also on PlayStation 4, Electronic Arts has finally revealed the launch day of the subscription service on the Sony console.
PS4 owners can subscribe to EA Access starting next July 24, 2019, and, when the service is launched, they will be able to play all the titles currently present in the Xbox One library. Of course, 10-hour tests of various games such as Anthem and Battlefield V will also be included in the subscription, and more will be coming in the coming months. In addition, all purchases of Electronic Arts and DLC titles within these titles will be discounted by 10% for all subscribers. The cost of the service should be around 30 euros for one year and 5 euros for the monthly one. It is still unclear whether, in a similar way to what we saw on PC, a more expensive Premium version with a greater amount of content will also arrive.
Finally, it should be pointed out that anyone with an active subscription on PC or Xbox One cannot in any way transfer their subscription and, to take advantage of EA Access on PlayStation 4 will have to make a new payment.
