The Respawn Entertainment team recently shared with the audience a new gameplay video of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. Furthermore, new production details have emerged.
Among the most interesting details, there is the ambition of the software house to recreate a game world that can be completely free of loading screens. A definitely ambitious goal, which aims not only to avoid the presence of transitions between the cut-scenes and the gameplay but also in the passages from one planet to another. Moreover, the implementation of the characteristics of the Stinger Mantis spaceship, which will serve as a central hub for planetary exploration, part of the Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order galaxy, already seems to go exactly in this direction.
Among the priorities of Respawn Entertainment, the introduction of mechanics linked to a new game plus system does not seem to be included. Stig Asmussen, in fact, an introduction of his would be inconsistent with the videogame structure of Jedi Fallen Order: “[…] it is a game inspired by the Metroidvania, so if you start the game with all your skills, in a sense break everything”. On the contrary, the team would be working on a photo mode, which could, therefore, be available within the game.
We remind you that Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order will debut on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One on November 15th.
