Halo Reach Test on PC: Ban Threat to Users Who Access Illicitly

Halo MCC: Reach's Shooting Mode Will Have Dedicated Servers!

Taking the community by surprise, the 343 Industries team made the first Halo Reach test on PC available during the night between 28 and 29 June.

However, access to this first “flight” of the game was limited to a rather small number of participants. In order to get the best possible feedback on the proposed game version, the software house involved just under 1000 gamers. However, it seems that some users have used illegal ways to access the test: to make it known is 343 Industries itself. A post published on the official Halo forum states: “It has come to our attention that the Halo Insider flight has been illegally distributed online. If you download or play this illegal copy, we have the right to ban all associated accounts and remove you from all current or future programs of 343 “. The brief but unintelligible message ends with a reference to the Microsoft Service Agreement.

We remind you that this first Halo: Reach test service on PC will end on July 1st. During the period of activity, the users selected by 343 Industries have the opportunity to try a revised version of the game section brought by the team to E3 2019. We also point out that the software house, with the flight debut, shared with the public a 4K gameplay of Halo Reach on PC, during which the “Tip of the Spear” mission is shown.
