Jedi Fallen Order: Initially Disney Nutriva of the Doubts on the Project

Jedi Fallen Order: Originally the Project Was Not Related to Star Wars

Respawn Entertainment co-founder, Vince Zampella, revealed to Game Informer reporters an interesting anecdote about the earliest stages of Jedi Fallen Order development and the high-level judgments that Disney had about this ambitious project.

“Working with the story group (from Disney and LucasArts, ed) was really fantastic,” Zampella explained before pointing out that “they had many opinions but we found ourselves well enough to work with them, although initially, they were a bit cautious in making a story about Jedi, because you know, it’s something so precious to them”.

In rewarding the efforts made by creative director Stig Asmussen in “bridging” between Disney’s demands and the needs of Respawn, Zampella also adds that “we were able to convince them, Stig behaved in an excellent manner by putting together something that he was in tune with them and, in the end, with a game called ‘Jedi’ I think we managed to do a good job “.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order is scheduled to go live on November 15 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
