In the past few days, some alleged details on the expected GTA 6 have emerged which literally sent millions of players into the world.
According to the source, the title would be identified with the code name Project Americas and intended to put players in the shoes of an aspiring drug lord in South America at the turn of the 70s and 80s. Among the sources of inspiration, not surprisingly, there would even be the Netflix Narcos series, while the release would only be expected on the platforms of the next generation PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett. Fantastic, right? We understand your enthusiasm, also because we too have exalted ourselves by reading these things.
Today, however, the cold shower has arrived. According to Jason Schreier, Kotaku’s famous journalist, the information would be completely false. Commenting on her Twitter profile, she wrote: “According to the general rule, if a videogame leak is composed of a huge and incredible bulleted list, it is false”. Schreier is a personality very close to the experts and has already proven to be reliable in the past, signing a series of highly valuable surveys, so we tend to trust him, given that the only certainties in this regard could only be provided by Rockstar Games. On that front, in any case, everything is silent at the moment.
