Almost two years after its debut on the market, Cuphead sales continue to be booming and, in the last few hours, the achievement of 4 million copies sold has been made official.
To make this event official was the portal Hollywoodreporter, which spoke of the goal on the occasion of the announcement of The Cuphead Show, the new animated series branded Netflix and based on the popular indie of Studio MDHR. To have contributed to the increase in sales in recent times was certainly the landing of the game on Nintendo Switch which, as you well know, is a platform considered perfect for indie titles by most players. It is currently possible to play Cuphead on Switch, Xbox One (also available on Xbox Game Pass) and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store and GOG).
In case you missed it, the first expansion of the game entitled The Delicious Last Course, of which you can see a short teaser, is coming in 2020. The referral of The Delicious Last Course, according to the developers, is due to the desire to avoid crunch time and offer players a quality experience.
