Yakuza 7: Choice of the Female Protagonist, Details of the Game Arriving at the End of August

Yakuza: The Story of the New Game Is Over, Dubbing Is Underway

Yakuza 7 is becoming more and more alive, and the new chapter of Nagoshi’s saga, the first orphan of the historical protagonist Kazuma Kiryu, whose storyline was exhausted in the last episode of the series, has now officially chosen its female protagonist.

This is Eri Kamataki, who will work alongside the character of Ichiban Kasuga, chosen among the ten aspiring actresses for the role they reached in the final (the initial number was about a thousand candidates, so it must have been a rather tough selection).

During the event held to announce the entry of Kamataki, Toshihiro Nagoshi, general producer of Yakuza, also stated that new and detailed information on the game will be announced on August 29th.

As reported in recent months, the history of the videogame has been completed, and the dubbing phase of Yakuza 7 is underway, which now, with the hiring of Kamataki will enter even more alive. The game should be released by March 2020.
