The publisher Private Division and the development studio V1 Interactive announced Disintegration, a new first-person sci-fi shooter. For the occasion, they published a short teaser trailer that shows a heavily armed spaceship and nothing more, giving us an appointment at Gamescom 2019 for the complete presentation.
For the uninitiated, V1 Interactive is an independent software house located in Seattle and founded in 2015 by Marcus Letho, a personality who has worked in Bungie for almost twenty years contributing decisively, as artistic director, to the birth of Halo: Combat Evolved and the development of the following chapters. After leaving the company of Bellevue, four years ago Letho brought together several industry veterans, including some SOCOM: US Navy Seals developers, to bring V1 Interactive to life and begin work on their first title, Disintegration.
At the moment there is very little information available to us. The target platforms of the project were not even revealed. Apparently, we will have to wait more than a month to be able to know more, since the complete reveal is set for August 19th, the day on which the opening show of the Gamescom 2019 in Cologne will be broadcast.
