Minecraft Earth: Closed Beta Announced with a New Gameplay Video

Minecraft Earth Will Include Microtransactions but Will Not Have Loot Box

After appearing on the Microsoft conference stage at E3 2019 in Los Angeles, we talk about Minecraft Earth, the new title of Mojang inspired by Pokémon GO and coming to iOS and Android.

Thanks to the new trailer it is possible to see various aspects of the gameplay, which incorporates some of the mechanics already seen in the Niantic title as a map that will hold against our position and allow us to interact with the elements that appear in our neighborhood. With the press of a button, we can then unlock materials, objects, and chests containing more or less rare instruments that will also allow us to increase the level of our profile. Obviously, there will be game sessions that will take advantage of virtual reality and thanks to which we can build together with other players. The various levels will be based on the predefined structures, which will be unlocked simply by advancing the level. If you are a lover of personalization, know that the skin of the character can be changed in a very similar way to what has already been seen in the original title.

At the end of the movie, a closed beta was also announced and, to register, you will have to keep an eye on the official website of the game over the next few weeks.
