Following the announcement of the replacement of PES 2019 with Detroit, the July PlayStation Plus line-up allowed Sony users subscribing to the service to have access to Detroit Become Human Digital Deluxe Edition and Horizon Chase Turbo.
Despite being still in the middle of July, however, some speculations are already beginning to emerge about what could be the free games offered by the PlayStation Plus service during the month of August. The latest rumors have their origin in a sighting made on the PlayStation Store by a user of the Glitched Africa portal. The latter signals how on the Playstation 4 online store, two games are listed as free and carry the logo that characterizes the Plus service. The two protagonist games of the report are Star Wars Battlefront 2 and EA Sports UFC 3.
The sighting, obviously, does not constitute a confirmation that these titles will actually be part of the PlayStation Plus line-up of August 2019. It could be a simple error, linked for example to the imminent debut of the EA Access service on PlayStation 4, set for next July 24th. In fact, both of these productions refer to the Electronic Arts publisher. To find out what Sony actually has in store for Plus subscribers, there is nothing left to do but wait for official communications on the matter!
