Not Only Goku: Even Vegeta, Piccolo and Gohan Will Be Playable in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot


The latest issue of V-Jump has revealed some interesting news on Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, the new highly-anticipated action RPG dedicated to the famous work by Akira Toriyamaarriving in early 2020: Goku will not be the only playable character in the video game.

As revealed by the magazine, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan will also appear as supporting characters, but can also be controlled by the player. Vegeta, in particular, can be used starting from the Planet Namek.

Chiaotzu, Tien Shinhan, Krillin and Yamcha instead will be present only as helpers of the protagonist: the player will be able to issue commands and they will respond to the inputs or perform actions in turn. They will also be able to help in battle and protect against enemy attacks.

An already known feature of the game is that the character’s stats will increase both with the experience gained in battle and by eating food. The latest novelty unveiled by the magazine is the presence of some pirate-like robot characters that can be found on a base at the bottom of the sea.
