Niantic Ends Support for Android Kitkat for Pokémon Go and Ingress

Yesterday we told you about the leaks according to which the Dark Pokémon (or Pokémon Shadow, the official Italian translation has not yet been announced) are coming to Pokémon GO. More news about it has arrived.

The Dark Pokémon is a species belonging to Team Rocket, who also seems to be added to the game in the next event, characterized by a particular look more “dark”, in fact, with red eyes and purple flames. Their characteristic, according to the leaked information, is that they can be purified, and therefore get a boost to the statistics and a special move.

The usual data miners have unearthed some text messages within the game, relating to the Dark Pokémon, thanks to which they have discovered that it will not be possible to purify a Dark Pokémon not present in its backpack, which naturally cannot purify a Pokémon that it is not in the “Dark” state, and it is possible to send a purification request for a Pokémon, although the latter option will need some clarification.
