Bloodstained Ritual of the Night: The First Patch on Switch Does Not Solve Technical Problems

Bloodstained Ritual of the Night Let's See the Game in Action on Nintendo Switch

As reported in recent weeks, the Nintendo Switch version of the excellent Bloodstained Ritual of the Night presented some technical problems more than expected.

On the large N hybrid console, Castlevania’s spiritual successor: Symphony of the Night left something to be desired in terms of graphic quality, stable performance and overall optimization.

Inti Creates has recently confirmed that the first big patch for the Switch version of the game has been completed by the development team, and is now awaiting approval. Unfortunately, all the corrections to the problems mentioned above have been postponed to a future update, which will hopefully finally improve the technical and graphic sector of the game. The developers have promised to share new information in this regard in the coming weeks.

What the patch will intervene on, however, are the dynamics and the balance of gameplay: different weapons and abilities have been blackened, while some enemies have received a boost to their HP, and there are even fixes for a couple of related bugs. to the quest markers and HD Rumble. For all other details, we refer you to the complete changelog.

Bloodstained Ritual of the Night is now available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The developers have published the Iga’s BackPack DLC, available for purchase at a price of 9.99 euros.
