Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair: The New Video Shows the Changing Layout of the Levels

Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair

The developers of Playtonic plunge back into the colorful platform dimension of Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair to give us a new gameplay video focused on the changes that will take place in the levels during the adventure.

In this video, the British team following the ex-RARE Chris Sutherlandtestifies to the profuse commitment to dynamically transform every single scenario of their next project based on the actions performed by the dynamic duo composed of the little monsters Yooka and Laylee.

In spite of the reserves nurtured by those who have not favorably seen the abandonment of 3D environments in the function of a “nostalgic” shift to scrolling levels with 2.5D scenarios, the Playtonic authors thus promise to expand the range of experiences fun offers to platform adventure enthusiasts with worlds capable of changing in seconds. The “alternative styles” of the explorable levels also promises to multiply the hours of the main campaign and to infuse uniqueness and originality in each game.

Before leaving you to the video that stands out at the beginning of the article, we remind the lovers of the genre that the new project of Team 17 will land on PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One by the end of the year .
