To celebrate the release of Patch 4.1 and the launch of Season 4 of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on PC today, PUBG Corp. has well thought of serving the game on all platforms.
As we write to you, the battle royale can be purchased for 14.99 euros on Steam and PlayStation Store, and just 9.99 euros on Xbox One. On the Microsoft home platform, among other things, it can also be played at no additional cost by all Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
The new season, we would like to clarify again, was launched only on PC. Unfortunately, the console players will have to wait a few more weeks. The biggest innovation introduced by Patch 4.1 is undoubtedly represented by the graphic update of Erangel. The map, which holds a special place in the memories of all PUBG players, has been reborn with renovated buildings and more detailed terrain. The areas involved are varied, ranging from the Mylta plant to the military base, passing through the prison, the quarry and the beach. In the comparative images collected in the gallery, you can get a clear idea about the improvements applied by the developers.
Season 4 is accompanied by the Survivor Pass 4: Aftermath, which tells the story of Erangel and provides as many as 100 rewards to unlock by completing a large number of missions. For the occasion, the new system of cooperative missions was also introduced, allowing all PUBG players to work together for 12 weeks to complete missions. The Survivor Pass: Aftermath will officially end October 16, 2019. Not even a multitude of bug fixes, gameplay balances and improvements to the gaming experience.
