Sony and Kojima Productions have finally made public the death stranding cutscene shown during last week’s San Diego Comic-Con, entirely focused on Heartman, a person played by Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn.
Finally, even players can learn more about this peculiar member of the Bridges company, whose heart stops every 21 minutes, allowing them to spend 3 minutes in the world of the dead, before returning to life. This process is repeated 60 times a day! Heartman lost his family during one of the supernatural events ( death stranding ) that shook the planet and has been searching for them ever since. Find the video at the beginning of the news, enjoy it! At the bottom, instead, you find a series of behind-the-scenes images shared by Hideo Kojima himself, in addition to the poster centered on Heartman.
Before saying goodbye, let’s remember that the covers of the Standard and Steelbook editions of Death Stranding, on which the protagonist Sam played by Norman Reedus, also part of Bridges, were presented at the San Diego Comic-Con. The absence of the “Only on PlayStation” sticker has led many to think that this could be a temporal exclusive for PS4, and not total.
