Polyphony Digital today published the July update of Gran Turismo Sport which brings the game to version 1.41, introducing five new cars particularly in demand from the GT Sports community.
Specifically, this update includes five cars: Honda S800 ’66, Honda Civic Type R (EK) ’98, Jaguar D-Type ’54, Mazda Roadster Touring Car and Porsche 911 Turbo (930) ’81. In addition to this, the update adds new GT League mode rounds related to the World Hatchback Championship, Nostalgia 1979 and X2019 Competition Endurance Series events.
As for the rain instead? Unfortunately, this meteorological variant is not available with the Gran Turismo Sport 1.41 patch, in recent weeks there has been talking of a delay that should bring the rain update to come out by October but at the moment Polyphony and Sony Interactive Entertainment they didn’t communicate anything about it.
The new GT Sport update is now available for download on PS4 and PS4 PRO , the Japanese team also seems to be working on Gran Turismo 7 for PS5, despite this the support for the current title will not be interrupted and seems destined to continue still for a long time, as promised by the developers in a recent question and answer session broadcast on NicoNico.
