After obtaining certification from the FCC, Nintendo was able to officially open the Switch Lite pre-orders also in North America. The delay in the approval of the product is due to technical timing of the Federal Communications Commission and for a few days, it was feared a possible delay for the launch in the United States.
This eventuality was fortunately averted and now Nintendo Switch Lite can also be booked by American players. The moment we write the console is only available on Amazon USA, soon the pre-orders should also be active on Nintendo Store and at retailers like GameStop, Target, Walmart and other chains scattered throughout the United States.
In Europe, Nintendo Switch Lite will be available from September 20 (along with The Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening) in gray, yellow and turquoise colors, at the recommended price of 219.99 euros, with pre-orders already active at all major retailers and Italian chains.
