Fortnite, Problems on Xbox One: Epic Recommends Disconnecting the Kinect

According to reports of the last hours received by the community, it seems that Fortnite, just starting Season 10, is providing some technical headaches for Xbox One owners.

Specifically, we talk about stability problems, and the development team at Epic Games has already become aware of the situation. It was in fact published on Twitter, which you can find at the bottom of the news, in which the company is said to have immediately set to work to try to resolve as soon as possible. At the same time, however, users are also urged to disconnect the Kinect from the console, since it would seem to be the source of the problems mentioned above.

“We have noticed that Xbox One players with a connected Kinect may experience stability problems when Fortnite starts.
We are examining a solution for this problem, but players can bypass it in the meantime by disconnecting their Kinect.

It continues to rain bad luck on the Kinect, the peripheral that, after having received a warm welcome on Xbox 360, is slowly gone into oblivion with the arrival of Xbox One, with which paradoxically it was necessarily sold bundled at the beginning of the current generation. It is understandable, therefore, that Kinect has finally decided to find new use as a security camera at US airports.
