Ancestors the Humankind Odyssey Talks About Itself in the New Series Experiences

Ancestors the Humankind Odyssey

Panache Digital Games and Private Division have released a new video of the Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey Experiences series, the anticipated game by Patrice Desilets (Assassin’s Creed’s father) arriving on August 27th on PC and in December on PS4 and Xbox One. The trailer is dedicated to the “climber”.

Each video in the series was made with the collaboration of famous specialists in various fields such as paleontology and anthropology.

In this second episode, entitled “The climber”, Patrice Desilet met Alannah Yip, a Canadian professional climber who will participate in the 2020 Olympics. We can see her during one of her training sessions while showing how we ourselves use many of the motor skills and instincts of our ancestors in order to overcome apparently insurmountable challenges. Together they discussed how our hominid ancestors and the modern human being push their physical abilities to the limit, in order to continue to adapt to the environment and evolve.

After visiting Panache’s studio, Alannah experienced the thrill of climbing, swinging and exploring the Neogene’s Africa 10 million years ago, giving it a completely new perspective on climbing. Of course, Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey players will be able to experience this in-game experience.

At the bottom of the news, we also reported the first episode of the Experiences series entitled “the Anthropologist”, in which Patrice Desilets had met Dr. Niobe Thompson, an anthropologist, and director, to discuss the evolution of man.

Leaving you to watch the two videos, we remind you that Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey will debut on PC exclusively on Epic Games Store on August 27th, to then arrive on PS4 and Xbox One in December.
