Hellbalde is, according to Booty, also an excellent example of games that can function very well in the context of ‘ Xbox Game Pass, going to enrich the catalog and offering players quality experiences. The Xbox Game Studios manager also highlighted how, at the time when Microsoft reflected on the possible acquisition of the software house, the idea that the team could continue to produce titles with similar qualities and dimensions to those of Hellblade was considered by the Company in a positive manner.
