The First Images and the Need for Speed Heat Logo Are Leaked Online

A little less than twenty-four hours away from the end of the NFS 2019 countdown and the consequent publication of the official announcement video of the new Need for Speed, several leak images leaked into the net which, if they were true, would reveal the logo, the protagonists and the name of EA’s racing game.

According to the information that a user of the ResetEra forum claims to have extrapolated from the teaser website with the countdown that will end at 16:00 (GMT +2) on Wednesday 14th August, the next chapter of the series should be called Need for Speed Heat and be set in the Miami metropolitan area.

The latest leaks thus reinforce the hypotheses put forward in recent weeks by various other rumors, such as the one at the end of July that involved an Australian retailer and the pre-sale sale of a title for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One called, precisely, Need for Speed Heat.

While waiting to receive an official confirmation or denial through the announcement that awaits us on the afternoon of August 14th, the only certainty in this regard, however, is that represented by the will, made explicit on several occasions by the upper echelons of Electronic Arts, of develop a particularly innovative title (although always based on the clash between police officers and pilots) and able to stand comparison with the most beloved episodes of this series that, in 2019, celebrates its 25th anniversary.
