Death Stranding: Do the New Images With Sam Come From the Gamescom Video?

Death Stranding

In the new episode of the social column “Sam Bridges does things”, Hideo Kojima publishes four images in succession of Death Stranding that could offer us a taste of the new game video that, presumably, will be presented during Gamescom 2019.

With the quartet of off-screen shots given to us by Metal Gear’s father, we can, in fact, reconstruct the animation of the protagonist of Death Stranding, the explorer and “sci-fi messenger” Sam, while he is intent on stretching his bones and recovering his strength rubbing his aching shoulders.

Knowing the peculiar strategy implemented by the master of communication Hideo Kojima, behind the unusual sequence of images proposed to us on his Twitter profiles in English and Japanese could easily hide a message that, in all probability, will be revealed during the Gamescom 2019 opening show which will be streamed starting from 20:00 Italian time on Monday 19 August .

As confirmed by the same boss of Kojima Productions, Death Stranding will be one of the protagonists of the GC2019 and of the Opening Night Live, the event organized by Geoff Keighley to announce several world premieres and unveil the latest videogame novelties of more than 15 publishers. According to Keighley, during the ONL we will be “offered a new exclusive look” on Kojima’s upcoming science-fiction blockbuster. In leaving to you every further comment to these new off-screen images, we remind you that Death Stranding will be available starting November 8th exclusively (perhaps only temporally?) On PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro.
