Have you purchased the Metro Exodus season pass on the Epic Games Store and are unable to play the new The Two Colonels expansion? If the answer is yes, know that the problem is not just about you.
In fact, there seems to be an error linked to the management of additional content by the most talked-about client of the moment and, although a possible fix has been published in the last few hours, there are still numerous complaints from users . Fortunately it seems that the developers are perfectly aware of the problem and are working on a solution.
Here is the message posted on social media directly from Epic Games:
“We have discovered that the problem has not yet been resolved and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently trying to find out the causes of the problem and we will not fail to update you on the situation as soon as we have new information to share.”
Unfortunately, there is no news on the timing and it is hoped that a definitive solution will arrive in a few hours so that all season pass buyers can enjoy the new expansion announced just yesterday during the GamesCom 2019 opening ceremony.
Did you know that the Metro Exodus sequel is already in the works?
We've determined that this issue is still ongoing and apologize for the inconvenience. We're currently investigating and will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
