Capcom announced today that Aloy will appear in Monster Hunter World Iceborne, as part of the Horizon Zero Dawn The Frozen Wilds event.
At the moment there are no more precise details on this, it is the second collaboration between Monster Hunter and Horizon Zero Dawn, in this case, the crossover is centered on The Frozen Wilds, DLC set among the ice that shares the same “frozen” setting as Iceborne.
The crossover event will be available only on PlayStation 4, we await clarification on the matter, a trailer could be released in the next few hours. Horizon Zero Dawn is one of the best-selling PS4 exclusives ever with over ten million units distributed, slightly less than Monster Hunter World which managed to exceed 13 million pieces, becoming the best-selling Capcom game ever.
Iceborne, the first expansion of Monster Hunter World, will be released on September 6 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, in January 2020 on PC.
